Instructions:
Measure 1/4 to 1/2 cup of herbs and combine with eight (8) ounces of water in a pot. Cover the pot and heat the herbs for 10 minutes until boiling.
Yields 3-6 steam sessions
Directions:
The yoni steam should be hot but NOT burning. Option 1: purchase a yoni steam box; Option 2: Place bowl on yoga mat, place pillows under your knees into “child’s pose” position with arms stretched out and forehead to the earth. Do NOT lower yoni directly over the steam. The yoni steam experience last 10-25 minutes.
