What You Can Expect:
This stage will provide you with a 7-Day Meal Plan including recipes and a grocery list.
Many people respond best to a change in lifestyle when a clear, healthy meal plan is made available to them while they work towards modifying their eating patterns and behaviors to achieve their weight loss goals.
To assist in the beginning phases of change, a Holistic Nutritionist can help kick-start your weight loss efforts by building a personalized 7-day meal plan, complete with a grocery list and all required recipes for the week. Our customized meal plans are always built around you and your individual needs so that you can be sure you’re receiving the correct nutrition.
What's Included:
-3 balanced meals plus 2-3 healthy snacks a day
-A detailed nutritional food track profile for each day
All foods and portion sizes have been balanced in accordance with nutritional information from the USDA using MyPlate.
We carefully consider your nutritional requirements, personal food preferences, allergies, as well as your work and exercise routine to ensure the meal plan is catered to your goals and lifestyle.

You will receive practical, time-efficient tips and healthy recipes, all while you review your food track journal and weight loss to evaluate your progress.

In month 2, you will attend one 15-minute appointments once a week to check in with your holistic nutritionist and:
-Review your food track journal and measure your weight and waist circumference
-Discuss ways to overcome barriers to your success
-Set achievable short term goals for the following week
In month 3, you will attend two 15-minute appointments a month with your holistic nutritionist. In these appointments, you will:
-Review your food track journal and measure your weight and waist circumference
-Discuss ways to overcome barriers to your success
-Set long-term goals to maintain a healthy body
